Patients who are on regular medication can have their drugs on repeat prescription and there are a number of ways you can order them.
The right hand side of your prescription contains a list of your current medication. Simply tick the boxes for the required items and either post it or put in the red prescription box in the waiting room.
Alternatively you can now order online by using the link at the top of the page. You will need to register for Patient Access by completing the form below and attending the surgery to complete the registration process.

If you need to order medication on behalf of someone else, then you will need to set up Proxy Access for Patient Access. To do this please complete the following form:
Proxy Access application form
You can also access Patient Access via a mobile app. Please search for 'Patient Access' in the AppStore.
Please note we do not take prescription requests over the telephone. We would also ask you not to request routine repeat prescriptions during a consultation.
Repeat prescriptions can be collected from the surgery or most chemists will collect them from the practice. Alternatively, you can nominate a pharmacy that the prescription can be sent to electronically. Please indicate on the request form which chemist you wish to collect your prescription from.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 3 full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
