Online Services

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book appointments for blood tests if requested by a doctor, nurse appointments for COPD or Asthma reviews, Contraception & Smears online
  • cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

Patient Access Application Form

Children

Children up to the age of 12 can have Patient Access Proxy consent, to allow a parent/guardian to have the ability to use this online service.   At the age of 12, the Proxy Access link will be severed and the patient will need to apply for Patient Access in their own right (i.e. give consent and sign the form).  Each Proxy Consent application will have to be approved by a Doctor.
