Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

We are always interested in learning how we can improve our services for our patients. So, we have an active Patient Participation Group whose members work with practice staff and doctors to help us.

The key objectives of the PPG are to get, from patients, clear opinions and suggestions on practice services and to give constructive feedback to the practice. Patient confidentiality is always maintained by the PPG in discussion of any issues raised by patients and in feedback to the practice.

The group meets with senior members of the health centre four times a year to discuss any issues and agree how to implement any relevant suggestions for improvement. All agreed actions are minuted, monitored and tracked through to completion.

New PPG members are welcome. If you’d like to know more about the PPG or have any queries, suggestions or concerns about the the practice or local health services that you’d like to raise with the PPG, don’t hesitate to contact us  - by letter (addressed to the PPG c/o The Brow Health Centre) or email to david.brooker6@btinternet.com

Chair of the PPG is David Brooker

Relevant information on agreed actions & outcomes from PPG feedback will be made available in the surgery as well as on The Brow  website www.browmedicalcentre.nhs.uk  and our Facebook pages.
